LPA Districts 3, 4 & 13 invite you to the 2025 Trifecta Fall Regional on October 9-12 in Orlando, Florida! Join us at the Drury Plaza Hotel, an Official Walt Disney World hotel, located a half mile from Disney Springs. Explore legendary theme parks and must-see attractions, only a shuttle ride away. All while being surrounded by endless opportunities for family fun, shopping, dining and entertainment. We are so excited to go back to Orlando and stay at the fantastic Drury Plaza Hotel for what is sure to be an unforgettable time together! We hope you can join us in October! General Information

• LPA Membership: Your household must have a current membership to attend the regional. 'Join or Renew’ LPA Membership here.

• LPA Registration is required for everyone attending and LPA name badges must be worn at all times.

• See the important deadline dates below for LPA registration, room reservations, discounted theme park tickets, and the cancellation/refund policy.

Minors 17 & under attending without a parent/guardian, must submit the LPA Temporary Guardian & Medical Release Form with their individual LPA Registration. Click here.

LPA Room Reservations: Deadline to reserve a room is September 17! Don’t wait, book your room today!

LPA Room Rate: $199/Night + 13% Tax
Deluxe guest rooms feature either a king or two queen size beds with a refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer and coffee maker.

​LPA Parking Rate: $15/Daily + 6.5% Tax

LPA Room Rate and Parking Rate is available from October 6-15, for anyone that wants to extend their stay.

Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Room Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 3 days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancelling after this deadline will result in a charge of one nights stay plus taxes.

Transportation Information

Airport & Shuttle Info: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest airport, about 17 miles from the hotel.

The Drury Plaza Hotel does not provide shuttle services to or from the airport.


Several companies offer ride share services such as Uber, Lyft, and other taxicab services at Orlando International Airport. Fares can begin around $35 for a one-way trip to the Drury from the airport.

The Drury does have a free shuttle service to all four Disney theme parks and Disney Springs. See the Disney transportation schedule, shuttle reservations and FAQs.

Mobility Scooter & Wheelchair Rentals

The Disney & Universal parks and Disney Springs have a limited number of scooters and wheelchairs available to rent on a first come first serve basis. If you want to rent a mobility device on your own, you can contact these local retailers for more info.

- Have you thought about starting a business?! Join Jon Etherton as he shares his 14 years experience in starting and running a successful lobbying/consulting business. He will cover lessons learned throughout his journey.

Navigating Health Insurance
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Sit down with John Dybala, a medical billing and collections specialist with over 22 years of experience. His focus is on strategies for appealing claim denials and improving the chances of approval for prior authorization requests. In addition, John will be available for one on one consults for those seeking help getting medical equipment, services, or therapies covered by insurance

College Bound: Navigating the Next Chapter Beyond High School
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
- Parents of teens and high schoolers! Join us for this informative workshop led by college administrator, Pamela Metzner. Having dwarfism herself and being a parent of two college-aged sons with dwarfism, she understands going off to college is an exciting milestone, but it can also bring on unique challenges. Pamela will combine lived experiences with professional insight while sharing practical guidance for students with dwarfism and their parents as they prepare for college. Topics will include navigating accessibility, self-advocacy, campus inclusion, Disability Services, and understanding FERPA. You will leave with strategies, resources, and a greater sense of confidence for the journey ahead.

USDFA Kids Soccer Clinic - Ages 6-13

- Join the U.S. Dwarf Futbol Association for this onsite kids soccer clinic led by national team players, giving young athletes the opportunity to play and parents a chance to ask questions. Signing up for this activity is on a separate registration form than the LPA Registration form.

​- Informative discussions lead by members of the LPA Medical Advisory Board(MAB) and other dwarfism specialists.


Young Adults Offsite Lunch & Bowling @ Splitsville - Ages 18-26

​- Venture out for lunch and bowling
. Everyone is responsible for transportation to Disney Springs and paying for their food/bowling.

SED, SEMD, and Kniest Workshop
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
- Join Ronna Gilstrap, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist for this session that dives into the medical and social sides of living with SED, SEMD, and Kniest. This is a space where you can ask questions, talk through concerns, and share experiences with others who truly understand. It’s also a great chance to meet and connect with people who have similar forms of short stature. Ronna gave the very first SED, SEMD, and Kniest workshop at a National Conference over 20 years ago and is excited to continue the conversation during this time. Light refreshments will be provided.

- Join the LPA National Programs Director, Danielle Frank, to learn about the different programs LPA has to support its members! This includes first timers travel grants for national conferences, college scholarships, grants to support accessible living and independence. Hear more about other services available to the disability community that little people can also take advantage of.


‘Against The Current’ with Morgan Ray
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
- Come meet Paralympic Swimmer for Team USA, Morgan Ray -
silver medalist at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games, 2022 World Championships silver medalist and now gearing up for the 2025 World Championships in Singapore this September. Morgan will share his profound journey as an elite athlete with dwarfism, his path to the Paralympic podium and the importance of nutrition. Afterwards, Morgan will do a pool session to demonstrate strokes, techniques, and answer questions. He will also be available for autographs and pictures etc. All are welcome to observe the pool session but parents must be present for kids to participate in the pool.

​Swimming Lessons with Allison Griffin

​Are you reluctant to get in the water or do you have a child nervous to swim? Anyone that may feel hesitant about taking that first step is invited to join us outside in the pool. With 30+ years in aquatics as a swimmer, coach, and swim school owner, Allison brings a wealth of experience to the pool. As a parent of a little person, Allison is passionate about water safety and building confidence in every swimmer. She’s excited to share her expertise in adaptive aquatics to help make swimming easier for all ages.

​Regional Registration​ & Activity Fees

LPA Registration fees helps support ​the ​event ​and ​gives ​you ​access ​to ​most ​of ​the ​daily activities ​which include all of the Workshops, Reptile Show, Bingo, Parent Meeting, Medical Meetings w/ Specialists, Talent/Fashion Show and the Dances/Barty Lounge every night! More activities with additional fees are listed below.

Double (2 people) - $85
Family (3-4 people) - $120
Large Family (5+ people) - $150
Additional Guests - $30 per person

Guests - are assumed to be average-height relatives, friends, or anyone NOT living in the same household. They are each subject to a Guest fee when attending national conferences or regional events with an LPA registration. LP roommates or LP girlfriends/boyfriends living in the same household do not qualify for Guest Registrations. Ages 2 and under - no fee.

It takes a village… We need your help to make this event a success! Volunteers are the heart of LPA and what make these events possible. If you are able to give some of your time, please sign up on the volunteer form to help out in the various areas. High school or college students that need school credit or community service hours are welcome to volunteer as well. Thank you!

​​Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registration and activity fees are non-refundable after September 17. Any refund requests must be made before this date and emailed to [email protected]. Refunds will be granted for all requests received on or before the deadline - minus a $20.00 processing fee. Requests made after this date will not be honored. There are no onsite refunds. Those who do not cancel before the deadline and do not attend, forfeit all registration and activity fees.

​Tickets for activities may be traded, sold or given away at the ticket holders discretion. LPA takes no responsibility for trading, selling or exchanging of tickets. A ‘notice board’ will be near the LPA registration area for attendees to post info about Individual ticket sales or exchanges.
