LPA District 4 Spring Regional

LPA District 4 invites you to the 2026 Spring Regional on May 1st-3rd in Palm Beach Gardens! Join us at the Embassy Suites hotel located on PGA Boulevard. The hotel has recently completed a full renovation including all of their guest rooms!!
The hotel is located off I-95 on PGA Boulevard, one mile from Gardens Mall. Roger Dean Stadium, Rapids Water Park (free tickets to water park included in hotel reservation!), and The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches are less than six miles. PGA golf courses and some of Florida's best beaches are within 10 miles. There is also a heated outdoor pool, complimentary evening reception, and a free cooked-to-order breakfast served daily.
A few things to know before you register:
• Per the LPA Policy Manual, you must be a current active member to register and attend the regional.
• Registration is required for everyone attending and LPA name badges must be worn at all events.
• LPA Room Reservation deadline is April 10!
• LPA Early Registration deadline is April 10!
• LPA Registration will close on April 17. There will be no onsite registration at this event.
• All registration and activity fees are non-refundable after April 17th.
• If you live local, you can register and join us for all the activities without staying at the hotel.

Room Cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancelling after this deadline will result in a 100% room charge plus tax.

It takes a village… We need your help to make this event a success! Volunteers are the heart of LPA and what make these events possible. If you are able to give some time and help out, please sign up on the volunteer form down below. High school or college students that may need school credit or community service hours are welcome to volunteer as well. Thank you!

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All registration and activity fees are non-refundable after April 17th. Any requests for refunds must be sent in writing to [email protected] before this date. Refunds will be granted for all requests received on or before the deadline - minus a $20.00 processing fee. Requests made after this date will not be honored. There are no onsite refunds. Those who do not cancel before the deadline and/or do not attend the regional, forfeit all registration and activity fees.
