All registration fees are non-refundable after October 1, 2022. Any requests for refunds must be sent in writing by email before this date to lpadistrict4@gmail.com. Refunds for registration and activity fees, minus a $20.00 processing fee, will be granted for all requests received on or before October 1, 2022. Requests made after this date may not be honored. Emergencies and illnesses, including Covid, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cost: $5/ per kid
Children will enjoy activities monitored by volunteers. Activities will include games, crafts, and fun. Parents planning to attend a workshop can drop kids off at the kids room. Parents are welcome to stay in the kid's room if needed. Kids must be potty trained, if not a parent must stay in the room. If you would like to volunteer, let us know! Email: lpadistrict4@gmail.com

Regionals are held two times a year. One in the Spring and one in the Fall. Regional locations are voted in the district meetings at a prior Regional. We move locations around the 5 state area.
An example of an Agenda at a Regional;
Friday night - Registration, Food provided by the District, fun by the pool.
Saturday morning - District Meeting, Parent Meeting, Kids Room provided during the meeting, playtime, craft, snack and entertainment provided so the parents can attend the meetings
Saturday - we pick a hotel with a pool, you will find most of the members and kids at the pool.
Saturday night - Banquet dinner, raffle, DJ and Dance
Sunday morning - some grab a little pool time, packing and saying goodbye to friends.

- Join Aimee Rudd during the Expo, for this open discussion as she shares about Young Living Essential Oils. Learn what essential oils are, why purity matters, how to use them to help support your health and much more. All workshop attendees will have the opportunity to try samples and receive an essential oil swag bag.
Microhabits for Health Workshop

- Sit down with certified Health and Wellness Coach, Angela Singletary as she leads this open discussion. Angela will share her health journey having dwarfism, her passion to help others in our community and how to easily break down your goals in all areas of your life into simple steps ‘microhabits’ to support your overall health.
If you love children, and are over 16 years of age, then volunteer in the Kids Room! If you want to greet your friends as they check in and meet new families, then help out at registration.
