All registration fees are non-refundable after October 1, 2022. Any requests for refunds must be sent in writing by email before this date to [email protected]. Refunds for registration and activity fees, minus a $20.00 processing fee, will be granted for all requests received on or before October 1, 2022. Requests made after this date may not be honored. Emergencies and illnesses, including Covid, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Children will enjoy activities monitored by volunteers. Activities will include games, crafts, and fun. Parents planning to attend a workshop can drop kids off at the kids room. Parents are welcome to stay in the kid's room if needed. Kids must be potty trained, if not a parent must stay in the room. If you would like to volunteer, let us know! Email: [email protected]

Regionals are held two times a year. One in the Spring and one in the Fall. Regional locations are voted in the district meetings at a prior Regional. We move locations around the 5 state area.

Friday night - Registration, Food provided by the District, fun by the pool.
Saturday morning - District Meeting, Parent Meeting, Kids Room provided during the meeting, playtime, craft, snack and entertainment provided so the parents can attend the meetings
Saturday - we pick a hotel with a pool, you will find most of the members and kids at the pool.
Saturday night - Banquet dinner, raffle, DJ and Dance
Sunday morning - some grab a little pool time, packing and saying goodbye to friends.

Meet Para Swimmer for Team USA and D4 member, Morgan Ray, who won a silver medal at the 2022 World Championships, and placed fourth at this year's world championships despite being ill.
Morgan will share his story and experiences as an elite athlete with dwarfism and his goal of making the 2024 Paralympic team in Paris next year. The second half of this workshop will be outside in the pool where Morgan will demonstrate techniques and strokes in the water. All are welcome to either observe or join in during the pool session.
Please come to the talk already wearing your swimsuit. Parents must be present with their kids if they want to participate in the pool.

- Start the morning off with a relaxing yoga experience lead by Kristen DeAndrade. This will be an intro lesson focusing on deep breathing and stretching for the mind/body. No experience needed to participate.

- Sit down with Author and Speaker, Kristen DeAndrade as she leads this open discussion. Kristen will share her journey having dwarfism and for those interested in spinal stenosis, lengthening

Through Kristen's shared experience and expert insights from her medical team, she aims to empower and educate our community, paving the way for informed decisions and improved quality of life for children and adults.
Alterations Class

- Come learn the basics of clothing alterations with Jennifer Edwards. Go over hemming pants and sleeves along with a few tips on altering clothes for little people.

- Join Aimee Rudd during the Expo, for this open discussion as she shares about Young Living Essential Oils. Learn what essential oils are, why purity matters, how to use them to help support your health and much more. All workshop attendees will have the opportunity to try samples and receive an essential oil swag bag.
Microhabits for Health Workshop

- Sit down with certified Health and Wellness Coach, Angela Singletary as she leads this open discussion. Angela will share her health journey having dwarfism, her passion to help others in our community and how to easily break down your goals in all areas of your life into simple steps ‘microhabits’ to support your overall health.
If you love children, and are over 16 years of age, then volunteer in the Kids Room! If you want to greet your friends as they check in and meet new families, then help out at registration.
